Novacare Technology is fully integrated into the Swiss healthcare system. • Medical care & physiotherapy: consultations and prescribed physiotherapy sessions are covered by basic insurance (LAMal) according to official tariffs (TARMED). • Complementary therapies (Shiatsu): these are generally covered by supplementary insurance plans recognized by ASCA / RME. We recommend checking your specific coverage. • Sylvana Care app: downloading and basic usage are free for our patients.
